This notice must be completed with the operating entity’s legal name, contact details and retention schedule before public launch.

We collect visit-request details, membership and billing information, named-user records, portal access records, trial check-ins, facility bookings, allowance adjustments and communications required to operate the membership. Private access codes are stored only as one-way security hashes.

How information is used

Information is used to respond to enquiries, process membership payments, issue invoices, verify access, operate facilities, prevent misuse and meet legal or accounting obligations.

Service providers

Payment information is processed through the hosted payment provider. Website hosting and operational systems may process information for HOLA Business Hub under appropriate service arrangements. HOLA Business Hub does not store payment-card details on this website.

The final notice will state how members can request access, correction or deletion where applicable, and how to contact the responsible operating entity.
