VISITOR CHECKLIST · 3 MIN READ
What to prepare before your first member visit
A practical checklist for evaluating the facilities and selecting the right membership.
Bring your expected usage
Know the number of named users, likely visit frequency, typical meeting length and approximate printing volume. These four figures usually identify the suitable plan quickly.
Ask about shared-access rules
Confirm how meeting rooms are booked, what happens after an allowance is used, and which areas are available without a reservation. Shared work positions are first-come, first-served.
Keep company details ready
If the membership is purchased by a company, prepare its legal name, tax code, invoice email and billing address. These details support accurate payment records and VAT invoicing.
